When ZenoX is added to a Discord server, we may collect and process the following categories of data in order to provide our services:

• Server Data — Server ID, name, member count, roles, channels, and configuration settings you define.
• User Data — Discord User IDs, usernames, and discriminators of server members, moderators, and those who interact with commands.
• Message Data — Command invocations and relevant message content required to execute commands (e.g., moderation reasons, music queries). We do not store general message history.
• Audit Logs — Records of moderation actions (bans, kicks, mutes, warns) taken by or through ZenoX, linked to User IDs and timestamps.
• Configuration Data — Your custom settings including antinuke thresholds, whitelists, automod rules, welcome message templates, and role configurations.

All collected data is used exclusively to deliver and improve ZenoX's functionality. Specifically:

We never sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide services:

• Server configuration is retained for as long as ZenoX remains in your server.
• Moderation logs are retained for up to 90 days by default, or as configured by server administrators.
• Temporary data (music queues, game states, active tickets) is purged automatically when the session ends.
• When ZenoX is removed from a server, all associated server data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.
• Data transmission between ZenoX and Discord uses TLS encryption.
• Access to production databases is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
• We conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

ZenoX integrates with the following third-party services to power certain features:

• Discord API — Core platform integration. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube / Google APIs — Used for music search and playback. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Spotify API — Used for Spotify track lookup. Subject to Spotify's Privacy Policy.
• AI Providers — Used to process AI chat and image generation prompts. Prompts are not linked to personal identities.

We do not control the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their respective policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Right to Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
• Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
